Customer Support Coordinator

You are primarily responsible for supervising and managing the order flow within the DNP organization. You have daily contact with internal departments,  customers, warehouses and forwarders.

You are accurate when it comes to administrative skills. Being a team player in combination with being a self-starter is preferred. You are part of a team and will work closely together with other departments to ensure that customers receive their order in a correct and timely matter.

As a member of our Customer Support Team you will also support your team colleagues (8). This position is available as a team member has been promoted. You will report to the manager customer Support Department.

Tasks / Responsibilities:

You have proven experience in a similar customer support position and are able to work accurately. You are a good listener and are able to communicate at every level within the company. Knowing what is important for a customer drives you in delivering great service towards our customers.

Furthermore, you are a dynamic person, with eye for detail that loves to take challenges and develop further.

(Other) requirements:

  • MBO + level.
  • Command of Dutch and English verbal and written.
  • experience with ERP system (Account View and Dynamics 365 is a plus)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Affinity with administrative and logistic processes.

Short description of the department in general:

The Customer Support department is taking care of all commercial activities from a back-office perspective, the order entry process and the customer complaint process for our business units TTR, Photo and Card. The focus is on DNP’s customers; their needs and requests – regarding e.g. orders and shipments as well as claims – are answered instantly. All incoming orders are entered into DNP’s systems and coordinated. The department is the main intermediate on a commercial and technical level between customers and the European DNP organization. The department works as a team together with the Area Sales Managers to serve our customers at the best level of service possible and achieve excellent sales figures. Cooperation with Supply Chain Office to align the order demand process, with Product Management to align product specs and with Logistics to ensure OTIF delivery and document streams is also key.
