Our delivering

We take great care in the preparation of our goods prior to delivery, in order to prevent damages and/or missing parcels.


Every delivery of TTR ribbons should be undamaged and complete.

Is your product damaged? Or is your order incomplete?

  1. State the remark “goods damaged” or “goods missing” (whichever is applicable) on the transport company’s delivery note before you sign for receipt.
  2. Take photographs of the goods delivered, if possible, to show the anomalies.
  3. Report the anomaly to us as soon as possible, via email address
