Shipping and returns

We take great care in the preparation of our Thermal Transfer Ribbons prior to delivery in order to prevent damages and/or missing parcels.

Each and every delivery of TTR goods, you should receive undamaged and complete.

Is your product damaged or your order incomplete?

Then please follow these steps, so we can assist you with your complaint as efficiently as possible:

  1. State the remark “goods damaged” or “goods missing” (whichever is applicable) on the transport company’s delivery note before you sign for receipt.
  2. Take photographs of the goods delivered, if possible, to show the anomalies.
  3. Report the anomaly to us as soon as possible via sales@dnp.imgcomm.eu
