Thermal Transfer printing with V300 resin delivers durable crisp dark images on a wide range of substrates at an attractive price level. High quality is swiftly printed on a wide variety of laminates, top-coats and varnishes. This latest DNP innovation delivers on its promise: Versatility Defined.
Producing high-quality TTR print on different materials and in varying production circumstances generally requires a range of ribbons and time to make the combination of TTR, printer and material work optimally. This inspired DNP to develop a new product. V300 – Versatility Defined is a resin-based flat-head TTR enabling high-quality print on materials ranging from paper and polypropylene to PET. It performs equally well on a wide variety of laminates, varnishes, and top-coats. The crisp, dark images are printed at low and high speeds. V300 has the potential to drastically increase the productivity of resin applications with the ability to print up to 50% faster than any other flat head resin.
V300 offers a unique combination of printability and resistance at an economy price. Let it be heat resistance, ethanol, oil or IPA durability, V300 is a perfect solution for applications within industries where prints are used in harsh environments. What’s more, V300 has excellent blocking resistance allowing for no issues with ink transferring to the ribbon back coating. Therefore, it enables problem-free print results and saves the print head against wear-off. Moreover, V300 provides superior mechanical durability (scratch and smudge) making it a great solution for item tracking where lasting readability is required.
The benefits are delivered at reduced heat settings. Consequently, this provides a prime solution for increasingly popular desktop printer models with smaller footprints. This conserves energy and extends printhead service life.
With this range of drop-in capability, V300 is expected to eliminate time wasted adjusting printer settings and testing label compatibility. It defines versatility, unlike anything the industry has experienced to date.
