Manager Customer Support
The Manager Customer Support Representative leads the team which is responsible for the commercial and technical support for our (potential) customers, prospects and outdoor sales staff. The work consists of: manage the Customer Support Team, define and implement strategic roadmaps for the department, define and implement KPI’s to track the performance of the department, and define and implement the end-to-end order process. Further, you will manage and handle the customer complaints, and take care of the sales accessibility on incoming telephone calls and emails. You will support the CS Team and facilitate them with their day-to-day work. You will supervise, in corporation with the VP Sales and Marketing, the approach and qualification of potential prospects.

In this role you’ll report to the VP Sales and Marketing.
Strong communicator with excellent leadership skills
You have proven experience in a similar inside sales position and are able to work accurately. You are a good listener and are able to communicate at every level within the company. You have experience in leading in team and bring your team members to a higher level. Knowing what is important for a customer drives you in delivering great service towards our customers.
Furthermore, you are a dynamic person, a team player that loves to take challenges and develop further.
• minimum educational level MBO+/HBO
• fluent in English and Dutch (additional languages like French or German are a plus)
• Good software knowledge (Access, Excel, Account View, MS Dynamics)
• good knowledge of DNP products
