We take great care in the preparation of our goods prior to delivery, in order to prevent damages and/or missing parcels.
Every delivery of TTR ribbons should be undamaged and complete.
Is your product damaged? Or is your order incomplete?
- State the remark “goods damaged” or “goods missing” (whichever is applicable) on the transport company’s delivery note before you sign for receipt.
- Take photographs of the goods delivered, if possible, to show the anomalies.
- Report the anomaly to us as soon as possible, via email address email@example.com
