DNP's ISO management system

DNP Imagingcomm Europe B.V. is certified for an integrated management system of ISO 9001:2008 (Quality), ISO 14001:2004 (Environment) and OHSAS 18001:2007 (Health and Safety).

The ISO management system is a set of related agreements (whether or not recorded in methods, procedures, work instructions, formats etc.) to draw up the policy and objectives, and then also to realize. Starting point is to comply with laws and regulations and achieving continuous improvement. The basis of the management system is a good understanding of the risks and the opportunities to improve activities, products or services. The choices are also based on the ideas of any possible stakeholders.

All management systems are constructed according to the well-known 'plan-do-check-act’ cycle (PDCA):

  1. Plan: definition of policies based on identified opportunities and risks, defining objectives and drafting program for execution.
  2. Do: taking organisational and technical measures to goals.
  3. Check: monitors or objectives and risks are secured and take corrective measures where necessary.
  4. Act: adjusting the policy designed to further improve the performance. The start of a new cycle.
